The Starting Point is right here, right now. We are here to empower you to be the version of yourself you want to be.

Since 2017 , we have provided coaching, guidance, and support to individuals who want to take their life in a different direction.

There is no right way to change your life, but with the tools and resources you will receive at Starting Point, you can improve your life in any way that you want.

The Program

Everyone can change their lives, and we are here to make that happen for you. Your goals are our goals, and our job is to equip you with the skills that you need to achieve them. You will receive dedicated coaching & counseling over the timeframe that you need in order to eliminate the blockers you encounter.

We employ a mix of instilling you with new approaches for tackling challenges, while also leaning on the intrinsic strengths you already have.

Our process is simple:

  1. Assessing where you currently are

  2. Determining where you want to be

  3. Creating a plan on how to get there

The programs are broken down into three (3) life categories that we refer to as Paths - Personal Growth, Relationships, and Career/Education.

Each client’s program is designed to bring their individual vision into reality, and ensure they have the necessary tools and structure to build on their successes. We advise clients to come into the program with an idea of what Path they would like to follow.

The Process

Each client’s program is individually tailored to their needs. You may want a one time consultation, or you might want regular check-ins for a year - it’s up to you!

Once you decide to begin with Starting Point, you can book a free consultation session then decide how often you want to meet with the counsellor.

These are the four most popular configurations for clients:
